Microsoft 365 Solution
Purview Data Protection
Overview
Microsoft Purview Data Protection is all about knowing where your sensitive data lives and making sure it is handled the right way across Microsoft 365. Email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and devices all move information around constantly, and it is easy for sensitive content to spread without anyone noticing. Purview gives you the tools to classify that data, apply labels, and enforce policies so you are not relying on manual processes or good intentions alone.
At Nubrix Security, we help you turn Purview into something your team can actually use day to day. We work with you to define a labeling approach that makes sense to the business, not just to IT, and then configure auto-labeling and DLP policies around it. That includes protecting things like financial data, PII, and customer information, as well as controlling how users share files inside and outside the organization.
The focus is on balance. You get stronger protection and better visibility into your data, while your users keep working in Outlook, Teams, and Office without feeling like security is getting in the way. The end result is a cleaner, more predictable way to manage sensitive information across Microsoft 365, with a setup that can grow with you over time.

At Nubrix Security, we take a structured and collaborative approach to every engagement. Whether we’re improving identity, securing endpoints, protecting data, or optimizing licensing, our goal is to deliver clarity, reduce complexity, and help you take measurable steps forward.
We follow a Crawl → Walk → Run model that adapts to your organization’s maturity, ensuring changes are adopted safely and without disruption.
